This is a central, ownership-heavy role — you'll design and ship agentic AI systems that observe, decide, and act on real-world property operations with humans in the loop.

Expect to go deep on the business, modernize legacy systems, and turn messy operational workflows into reliable, autonomous software.

What You'll DoOwn features end-to-end — from requirement gathering through production deployment — with minimal hand-holding.

Design and build agentic AI workflows covering guest communication (chat and voice), operational decision-making, and property task management.

Modernize legacy systems and redesign data structures to meet evolving product needs.

Shadow real operational workflows to surface inefficiencies, hidden steps, and workarounds — then translate them into clean, production-ready software.

Scope, ship, and iterate on problems rather than working purely from a ticket queue.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to keep product and engineering tightly aligned.

Operate with high agency and sound judgment about speed vs.

stability trade-offs.
