As a Software Engineer, Infrastructure, you'll build and maintain the systems that connect AI models, automated experiments, and robotic platforms.
Your work directly shapes scientific outcomes — reliability, observability, and usability aren't afterthoughts here, they're core product priorities.
This is an on-site role based in Berlin, Germany.

What You'll DoBuild backend services in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic) to orchestrate real scientific workflows.
Create internal dashboards and interfaces (React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Streamlit) used daily by scientists and engineers.
Improve observability so teams understand system state proactively — before users notice problems.
Drive reliability improvements grounded in real failure modes and production experience.
What We're Looking ForRequired:2–5 years of software engineering experience with solid Python fundamentals.
Experience with containerized applications and foundational DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, etc.
Comfort working across the stack and a willingness to dig into unfamiliar territory.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
