We’re looking for a Rider Onboarding Associate to join our UKI team.
This is a remote role with significant field-based travel, with positions available across Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, and London.
In this role, you’ll work directly on the ground to source and onboard riders, ensuring our marketplace always has the right supply to meet customer demand.

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the Rider Enablement team.
We focus on building the foundation of our marketplace by managing rider supply across the United Kingdom and Ireland, directly tackling logistics and scaling challenges to keep our fleet well-resourced.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:Deliver in-person onboarding: Travel across the UKI to lead face-to-face rider onboarding sessions and support operations within our regional Rider Onboarding Hubs.
Secure hyper-local supply: Target and resolve rider supply deficits in historically hard-to-source areas to maintain fleet consistency.
