Your Mission:As Project Manager – Propulsion System, you will lead the development and integration of VÆRIDION's electric propulsion system for next-generation electric aircraft.
You will manage cross-functional activities across engineering, testing, certification, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure propulsion system milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with programme and airworthiness.

Your Day-to-Day:Lead the end-to-end propulsion system project from concept through certification and industrialisationDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecastsCoordinate propulsion system design, development, testing, and integration activities across internal teams and suppliersDrive technical reviews, programme milestones, risk management, and change control processesTrack technical maturity, project performance, and key deliverables against programme objectivesManage external partners and suppliers, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, quality, and cost targetsFacilitate alignment between propulsion, systems, certification, manufacturing, and supply chain teamsSupport verification, validation, and certification activities for the propulsion systemProactively identify and resolve technical, programme, and organisational risksProvide clear status reporting and decision support to leadership and stakeholders Your Profile:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related fieldSeveral years of project management experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, or another safety-critical industryProven experience managing complex multidisciplinary engineering development projectsStrong understanding of systems engineering, product development, verification, and configuration managementExperience coordinating internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external development partnersExcellent planning, communication, risk management, and stakeho...
