</span></p></div><h4></h4> <h4> </h4> <h4><strong>Position Overview:</strong></h4> <p>NaturalMotion is looking for a talented and passionate Meta Designer to join our London studio, helping shape the combat experience for our first-person shooter mobile title.
This role focuses on designing and managing metagame, live, and progression features to create a satisfying and sustainable mobile experience.
</p> <p>You will own key metagame features from conception through live, coordinating with design, art, UX, engineering, and product management throughout the whole process.
As a live game you will need to design features with iteration and extensibility in mind and analyze live data to expand and improve your features over time.
We are looking for someone who brings both craft knowledge, an excitement to try new things, and a genuine love of action games.

Within this role you will work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.
