This position will work from a government facility in Manila Philippines.

​Role Summary: Serves as the primary authority for the facility's security posture, managing the roadmap toward full TS/SCI accreditation and ICD 705 certification.

Responsabilidades

include but are not limited to: ​Develops and enforces the Construction Security Plan (CSP) to protect the integrity of the 2-story site during the entire lifecycle of the build. ​Oversees the deployment of the ACMS, IDS, and VMS systems to ensure they meet the specific monitoring requirements for a TS/SCI facility. ​Acts as the final reviewer for all TEMPEST mitigation strategies, including RF shielding and power line filtering

Calificaciones

: 5+ years of relevant experience or a similar role in commercial or government construction

Proven, hands-on experience managing and successfully completing projects for cleared government or defense facilities.

Demonstrable experience in SCIF construction and renovation, with a deep understanding of security accreditation processes.

Experience with the installation and oversight of network technology and telecommunications infrastructure in a new construction env.
