Technical Recruiter

<p>Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our global Recruiting team.

In this role, you will focus on hiring engineers across our Trading Technology (live trading environment) and Research & Development (enabling research) engineering teams.

You will partner directly with hiring managers who have incredibly high standards, helping them navigate a competitive talent landscape.

You will engage with deeply technical candidates, and manage the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of technical roles within HRT’s engineering ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Partner directly with engineering leadership on recruitment strategy, and be a proactive and consultative strategic partner to hiring managers
• Manage the end-to-end hiring pipelines of engineering roles from first outreach through offer acceptance, including navigating complex offer negotiations
• Provide a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience across both opportunistic roles and high-volume pipelines
• Apply an engineering mindset to your recruitment approach, continuously leveraging recruiting data & analytics to identify inefficiencies and iterate on your process
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies to generate high-quality candidate flow for your roles
