 We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our UK, Denmark, or Germany team.
This is a hybrid role.
In this role, you’ll help us execute and optimise courier logistics operations, gear availability, and 3PL performance across Deliveroo and Wolt markets.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:Logistics & 3PL Operations: Monitor assigned market flows and 3PL performance against KPIs, coordinating daily inbound/outbound gear activity, stock movements, dispatches, and returns.
Courier Onboarding Support: Support the end-to-end onboarding logistics process for courier partners and fleet companies across current markets and expansion activities.
E-Commerce & System Maintenance: Maintain courier onboarding websites (Shopify and WooCommerce), ensuring smooth order flows, product updates, and basic error troubleshooting.
Process & Documentation Improvement: Maintain SOPs, IOPs, and process maps while identifying recurring last-mile or warehouse issues to propose practical operational fixes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with country operations, sourcing, finance, and external partners to resolve day-to-day operational questions and support new market integrations.
