com is seeking a talented Senior Specialist to join the adventure and support the business’s growing Issuing Operations team based in London.
As a Senior Specialist, you will be the primary engine behind our client launches.
You will work closely with clients to define their.
You will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey from pre-sales scoping to technical implementation and the final handover to business-as-usual teams.
What you will be doing:End-to-End Implementation: Manage the day-to-day onboarding activities for new Issuing clients, ensuring all technical and operational milestones are met.
External Project Contribution: Act as an operational stakeholder on projects with Card Schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and third-party suppliers (Bureaus, Wallets).
