The A&R Research team are responsible for being the wider A&R teams eyes and ears online - leveraging data to give them visibility into the market.
Which artists, songs and songwriters are having success today and who are the stars of tomorrow.
Using data, the A&R Research team assist with discovery as well as quantifying talent and songs across DSPs, social, radio and more.
