We’re excited to hire our first Technical Talent Partner (Recruiter) to own R&D (engineering, product, research) hiring (and other roles as needed) as we scale. This is a hands-on, full life cycle sourcing-heavy role and requires a knack for souring passive candidates in competitive, specialized markets including cybersecurity researchers, exploit developers, software engineers, and AI/ML engineers
You will be a trusted advisor and business partner working closely with hiring managers across UK and US teams, while holding a high bar across candidate quality and experience.
 </p> <p>This is a UK-based remote role, with a preference for candidates based in or near Cheltenham (with ability to attend events in the region).
 This role reports to the Director of Talent and sits at the intersection of hands-on recruiting execution and people partnership.
