 This is a Full-Time Role (40 hours per week, 5DWW) with no option for part-time work.

While this is a remote-first opportunity, the candidate filling this role must be a resident of the Netherlands, the U.

, Brazil, Pennsylvania, or New York at the start of employment.

the Team The Standards Solutions function translates B Lab's standards into practical pathways for business action and impact

Through certification, B Impact, and a growing portfolio of standards-based products and services, it enables businesses to understand, implement, demonstrate and continuously improve against B Lab's standards while safeguarding the credibility, integrity and financial sustainability of the certification system.

 The function provides business leadership for B Corps Certification and B Impact as the primary platform through which businesses engage with B Lab's standards.

Working closely with Product and Technology, it shapes the business.

Requisitos

that ensure B Impact supports certification, continuous improvement and future standards-based solutions, becoming the digital foundation of B Lab's impact ecosystem. Working across Standards Development, Product, Customer Experience and Growth, the function creates integrated, customer-centred pathways that are accessible, scalable and efficient

It balances customer experience, commercial sustainability, operational excellence and standards integrity to expand adoption while maintaining the rigour and trust that underpin B Lab's standards.

 The function also develops complementary products, services and strategic partnerships that extend the reach of B Lab's standards and help businesses continuously improve their impact over time.
