WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERSAs a Strategic People Projects Working Student at remberg, you will support key initiatives across employer branding, talent acquisition, culture activation, and people operations.
You will work closely with the People team to enhance our employer brand, improve candidate experience, and drive internal engagement.

People operations: Assist with HR processes and onboarding, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of our people operations.
Talent acquisition: Support our hiring process by ensuring smooth, engaging, and professional interactions with candidates.
People development: Support the setup of our Learning & Development program and help create meaningful growth opportunities for the team.
Employer branding: Support the development and execution of our employer branding strategy, including creating and posting social media content.
