As we scale our portfolio toward 12,000+ units, we’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to build and drive the commercial engine of a dedicated cluster of properties.
This is a builder’s role: you’ll own a real P&L, spin up commercial projects from scratch — new B2B channels, GOPPAR optimization plays, OTA and SEM frameworks — and scale what works.
The automated tech stack does the daily heavy lifting; you make the calls and build the playbook the rest of the portfolio will run on.
