In this high-impact leadership role, you will take end-to-end accountability, from data ingestion to metric reporting, to deliver business-critical insights across the organisation.
Managing two Data Engineers, you will sit at the heartbeat of Numan, balancing hands-on technical contribution with strategic thought leadership.
You will serve as the go-to expert for data warehouse design, data modelling best practices, and tool selection.

You'll be: Owning and refining the long-term Data Engineering Strategy, aligning it with company objectives and modern technology advances.
Producing and communicating ambitious quarterly roadmaps, lead the Data QBR process, and establish clear OKRs for yourself and your team.
Partnering with Lead Engineers, Data Team Heads, regulatory professionals, and external partners (vendors, Google) to ensure alignment and compliance for stakeholders and patients.
