<br>This person will be the primary and sole focal point for everything people-related in EMEA - HR, performance, engagement, operations, culture, and more.

They will own the full spectrum of HR.

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for managers and employees across EMEA on all People matters — development, processes, policies, employee relations, and people practices.
• Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment, applying knowledge of local labour law and employment regulations across key EMEA markets (with particular depth in UK employment law).
