Your Role As an Engineering Manager in our Tooling & Security department, you are directly responsible for maintaining and improving our internal tooling, cloud governance and security.
You will lead an international, world-class team of engineers, and will help the rest of FINN work efficiently and securely in their day to day jobs.

We believe in Serverless! Your Profile Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or in a similar field.
Proven track record with 5+ years of software engineering experience in larger projects.
2+ years of experience building and leading a team of software engineers in a fast-pace development environment.
Experience with platform or security engineering practices.
Ideally, you have hands-on experience with leading disaster recovery and incident response efforts.
(Those are not a daily reality at FINN, but you will be expected to own them if need be.
) Ability to own and drive company-wide technical projects (e.
, migrations, patching, etc.
) from the position of a coordinator.
Solid knowledge of TS, Python, or Go, with ability to code and review code without AI if need be.
Deep knowledge of AWS or GCP, and are willing to learn the other quickly.
Fluent in English with excellent communication.
