The teamOur Global Sourcing team is looking for an exceptional Sourcer to help build the future of global finance at Payward.

This is a high-bar role requiring extreme ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges in a fully remote, high-agency, async-first environment where speed and quality are the standard.
