We're on a missionEvery business grows through a CRM and a direct line to its customers.

Healthcare, and pharmacy most of all, is the one place that never happened.

It was too hard to build, too hard to distribute, and too hard to do compliantly.

Customer data sits idle whilst running a community healthcare business continues to become structurally tighter.

We're on a mission to change that.

We are the compliant data layer for community healthcare: the system that lets a pharmacy use the patient data it already holds to grow revenue and relationships, compliantly, on the clinical system it already runs.

 This is already working.

Pharmlogic is NHS-assured, integrated and lives in hundreds of pharmacies nationwide, and we've powered millions of patient communications.

The roleYou will work directly with the CEO and founding team every day: deciding what gets built, building it, and owning it as it grows.

There is no layer between you and the product, the customers, or the decisions.

Our stack is JS/TypeScript end to end: React on the frontend, Node on the backend, everything on Azure and we implement infrastructure as code throughout the process.

We build fast and we use AI tools throughout the workflow, to move quicker, not to think less.

What does not move is the bar: we are looking for someone who works at the pace and quality of the best product engineering teams in UK health tech, and who wants the scope that only the first engineer gets.

The problems you'll ownFeatures end to end.

From refining the problem with the team and our customers through architecture, implementation, rollout and everything the feature becomes afterwards.

You own outcomes, not tickets.

Speed as a discipline.

We ship multiple times a day, learn, and go again.

You will set the patterns that let us stay fast as the codebase and the team grow: the architecture calls, the quality bar, the tooling, what we automate and what we refuse to build.

Software that is safe in a clinical context.
