That means building in a market shaped by decades-old logic, extensive regulation, and highly complex data structures: 15-minute time series, PPAs, spot, futures, and direct marketing.
All of this needs to flow into Finance in a way that is accurate, efficient, and scalable.
We're looking for a Finance Process & Systems Lead to take real ownership of how Finance operates, scales, and automates at trawa.
This is a blue-sky role: you'll design our system landscape, redesign core processes end to end, lead the Finance side of our ERP rollout, and turn AI and automation from side experiments into core infrastructure.
You'll work closely with the Finance team across all functions, as well as Business Operations, Tech, Data, and other key stakeholders, to build the foundations that allow Finance to scale with the business.

For accounting-heavy topics, you'll work closely with the Accounting Lead, who brings the required technical depth.
Process redesign, automation, and AIYour biggest lever in the first 12 months will be to structurally redesign Quote-to-Cash for our energy business.
Redesign our core Finance processes end to end – including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report – with scalability, controls by design, and automation built in from the start.
