</p></div><p>We're looking for a <strong>Technical Lead, Lending & Savings</strong> to lead the engineering direction for two of our core Consumer products: crypto savings and crypto-backed lending.
</p> <p>This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up.
You'll define the technical architecture, lead a small team of engineers, and partner closely with the Lending & Savings Business Lead to turn product vision into scalable, reliable systems.
</p> <p>You'll be expected to remain close to the code while providing technical leadership, making architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality software.
You should have strong product instincts and enjoy working with cross-functional partners, but your primary responsibility is engineering excellence and execution.
