Tasks Manage the backlog for one of our two business lines: turn business needs and customer input into clear.
Set day-to-day priorities based on direction from your business line manager.
Join meetings with our bank customers from day one, and run them yourself within your first few months: requirements sessions, demos, walkthroughs, and follow-ups.
Present our product clearly and accurately to bank stakeholders, prospects, and colleagues.
Work closely with engineering: answer the questions that help the team move forward, and weigh the trade-offs that come back.
Get to know the product well enough to answer customer questions yourself.
Monitor the market, regulation, and customer requests, and feed what you learn into the roadmap.
Requirements Experience working with demanding customers, gained at a top consultancy, a large corporate, or a startup/scale-up serving enterprise clients.
