the Role.This newly created role sits within the Financial Reporting Team and will play a key part in helping the business achieve its objectives through providing financial reporting support to the business wherever it is needed, so we can deliver great outcomes at pace.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a technical mindset who is flexible, adaptable, and happy to roll up their sleeves

Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance Projects, you'll gain broad exposure to a wide variety of projects, requiring expertise across technical accounting, statutory reporting, taxation, finance transformation and data automation, treasury, securitisation and capital markets, and M&A activity.

You'll collaborate with teams across the business, including senior management, so we're looking for a confident individual who can communicate effectively at all levels.

With multiple projects running at any one time, you'll need to be well-organised, proactive, and adaptable.

The right person will have a strong grounding in accounting — ideally with an audit background — and experience in financial services or fintech.

We see this as a growth role — you'll receive full training and ongoing support as you develop within the team.
