This role is the bridge between customer insight and product improvement, ensuring we are sharper as a marketing team by amplifying the authentic experiences of both our new and existing customers.

Your key focus areas will be Closing the feedback loop: Giving our customers a voice within our customer community, Hero Connect, to ensure we remain a porous and responsive business.

Supercharging Hero Heights: Scaling our Customer Reference Call program by implementing new proces.
