About the job: The Pharmacy Sales Account is responsible, for the assigned customer panel, for promoting products and achieving sell-in and sell-out objectives (revenue targets, market share and implementation of MKTG and TM plans in the assigned area), monitored through detailed KPIs.
Conducts promotional activities for assigned products, negotiates sales agreements on behalf of Opella in compliance with commercial guidelines and legal regulations, enhances the company’s image, and achieves sales targets.
Provides sell-out consulting activities to the pharmacies in their area in order to help them meet agreed sales goals and is responsible for revenue and sell-out performance of every customer within their territory.
Collects and enters orders through the CRM tool; performs detailed competitive analysis, addresses distribution and assortment gaps, and optimizes the layout of our portfolio to increase product rotation.
