We’re looking for a Manager, Protective Services (EMEA) to join our London team.
This is a hybrid role (with up to 50% travel and required operational flexibility).
In this role, you’ll build and own executive protection and physical security support across EMEA, fusing protective intelligence with logistics to ensure our leadership travels safely and seamlessly across complex international markets.

EMEA represents our highest concentration of offices and executive travel outside North America; this build mandate focuses on protecting executives, their families, and the operations supporting them.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:Intelligence & Travel Logistics FusionFuse intelligence products with operational logistics to design journey management plans, routing, lodging vetting, and pre-travel briefings for executive travel across EMEA.
Serve as the Detail Lead for executive movements into complex international markets, leading advance planning, route assessments, and on-the-ground protective coverage.
Protective Posture & InfrastructureHelp define and execute the long-term strategy for protective operations across EMEA, aligning regional standards, systems, and capabilities with the broader global program.
Conduct and oversee risk and vulnerability assessments for executive residences, facilities, and travel programs, converting findings into ac.
