Working within the Growth team, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving a best-in-class creator programme that consistently delivers measurable commercial impact.
Working closely with the Senior Creator Marketing Manager, you’ll support the planning and delivery of 25–40 creator partnerships for every monthly house launch.
You’ll balance multiple overlapping campaigns while ensuring creators have an exceptional experience, from initial outreach through to content delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Brand, CRM and Production to identify the creators, ideas and content that resonate most with our audiences.
You’ll also dig into campaign and creative performance to understand what’s driving results, identify opportunities and continually improve how we work.
