This role sits within Product Design, dedicated to a new, high-growth product area we're building from the ground up.
Reporting to a Senior Director of Product Design, you'll work from our London office 3 days a week in a hybrid capacity.
The roleYou'll be the individual contributor design lead for a nascent product area — a near zero-to-one space where you define the direction, not follow a roadmap.
You'll lead through craft rather than hierarchy, thrive with few guardrails, and also pick up high-priority work across adjacent domains while the new area matures.
