As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for a proactive lawyer (3-7 PQE) to own commercial contract pipeline and drafting, negotiating, and closing everything from strategic partner deals to core customer agreementsHow you’ll make an impact: You will draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including customised customer contracts, strategic partnerships and supplier contracts.
Resolve legal issues and contract interpretation matters that arise during negotiations.
Produce and/or maintain various standard agreements (e.
NDA, supplier and customer agreements etc.
Advise on special projects as needed, including new product developments, while taking into consideration their legal and regulatory impact.
Advise on commercial legal issues and risks.
Conduct research on various multijurisdictional legal issues.
