As a Product Manager on the Partner Rewards team, you’ll shape how HubSpot Solution Partners are recognized and rewarded for the value they create.
You will inculcate a strong understanding and point of view on commissions, tiering, bonus programs, and incentive systems for Partners.
You’ll set the vision, define strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver impact through better commission processing, improving transparency for partners, and ensure our financial systems are scalable, compliant, and ready for HubSpot’s next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a cross-functional, systems-heavy domain.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Partner Ops, FinOps, Accounting, and Compliance to deliver real impact.
