Your ResponsibilitiesBuild AI-Powered ProductsDesign, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications and services using state-of-the-art language models.
Build intelligent agents and workflows that automate complex finance processes.
Experiment with new AI capabilities and rapidly turn prototypes into production-ready features.
Evaluate and Improve AI SystemsDevelop robust evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and business impact.
Improve model performance through prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and other applied AI techniques.
Design for Trust and ControlBuild AI systems that are transparent, auditable, and allow users to review and intervene when needed.
Incorporate customer data into AI workflows while maintaining security and privacy standards.
Help shape Moss's AI product strategy and engineering best practices.
