We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Strategy team in Cologne as a Senior.
As a Senior, you will:Collaborate with experts in transformation, restructuring, valuations, tax, and transaction services, focusing on strategic and operational aspects of transformation projects.
Rapidly identify and analyze key risks and opportunities in strategy , and design operational solutionsIntegrate strategic and operational findings into financial analysis and business plans, working closely with transaction services, valuations, and restructuring teamsDevelop implementation plans and initiate actionsPrepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders (e.
, board members, investors, M&A advisors, C-suite management)Maintain direct client contact, participate in due diligence and strategy projects, and present results to clientsGuide and mentor junior team membersFacilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather.
