Moderators play a key role in ensuring lessons run smoothly by responding to student questions, clarifying educational content, and managing general queries.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for current university students, those on a gap year, or recent graduates who enjoy working with students in real time and contributing to high-quality online education.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with evening availability required to support live lessons.
ResponsibilitiesParticipating in the live chat of livestreamed Chemistry lessons to provide subject-related responses to student questions as well as adherence to MyEdSpace codes of conduct.
Providing real-time support to teachers to help lessons run smoothly.
Assisting students with basic technical or access issues during live sessions.
Min number of sessions a week: 3 x 1 hr sessionsWho We're SeekingGrade A*/A at A-Level in Chemistry.
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Excellent written commun.
