You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on how we find, engage, and win the specialist and leadership talent this space demands; bringing structured market intelligence, sharp judgment on ambiguous and high-stakes searches, and the credibility to shape hiring strategy at the most senior tables in the business.
You will set the standard for how the wider TA function operates: embedding rigour into our ATS and pipeline data, and partnering closely with People Operations to keep our offer and onboarding process compliant, consistent, and built to scale.
