The role This is a full-cycle sales role with real ownership.
You'll find, develop, and close strategic and mid-market accounts across DACH, from first conversation to signed contract.
You'll sell into hotel groups, serviced apartment operators, and forward-thinking hospitality businesses that are ready to leave their old PMS behind.
You'll work closely with our partner ecosystem to co-sell and accelerate deals, and you'll be a genuine voice for Apaleo in the market — building relationships that go beyond the transaction.
What you'll be doing Running the full sales cycle, prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close Owning and developing 30–40% of your own pipeline through outbound and network-driven activity Selling to C-suite and operational decision-makers, helping them understand what a best-of-breed approach actually means in practice Navigating complex buying processes that span HQ, Operations, IT, and Finance Co-selling with Apaleo's ecosystem of app and implementation partners to accelerate deals and add customer value Using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Modjo.
