Working Student IT

Deine AufgabenWe are looking for a motivated IT Working Student to support our internal IT operations at Hypatos.

You will work closely with our IT and Security teams, supporting daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in a modern, cloud-first SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades

:Provide first-level hardware and software support for Hypatos employeesSupport the administration of our Microsoft 365 environmentProvide internal IT support for Line-of-Business applications, including:Microsoft 365 / Microsoft OfficeJira and ConfluenceSlackSecurity tools such as password managersMDM solutionsOther business-critical SaaS applicationsAssist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows (accounts, access, devices)Support hardware asset inventory management and trackingAssist with the implementation and operation of IT and security controls under guidance from the Head of Information Security. Contribute to documentation of IT processes, procedures, and internal guidesParticipate in IT improvement and planning discussionsHelp automate repetitive IT tasks using simple workflows, scripts, or tool integrationsDein ProfilCurrently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field or comparable

with relevant professional experienceBasic hands-on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems and end-user hardwareStrong interest in IT operations and modern SaaS environments; first exposure to Microsoft 365 administration is a plusInterest in IT security topics and willingness to learn
