<h2><strong>Set a new pulse for healthcare!</strong></h2> <p>We are looking for an <strong>Engineering Manager</strong> to join the <strong>Scheduling</strong> team in <strong>Berlin</strong>.

</p> <p>Your mission will be to give practitioners their day back:  reclaiming the admin time they spend creating and managing appointments, so care teams can focus on what matters.

You will work in a feature team developing scheduling infrastructure and booking experiences, contributing directly to a platform that books billions of appointments a year for health professionals and patients across Europe.

</p> <p>Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients.

Responsabilidades

include but are not limited to:

  • Lead a team of 6 to 7 engineers of mixed seniority, owning delivery, quality and production health end to end — keeping engagement high and standards higher
  • Together with your product partner, define the mission and vision for your team and build a roadmap you can defend to stakeholders
  • Take part in architecture reviews and help shape the technical direction of the Scheduling stream, including the migration of core scheduling capabilities from the monolith into purpose-built services
  • Set and uphold the security, reliability, performance and scalability standards required to remain the most trusted e-health SaaS in Europe
  • Partner with Talent and People teams to recruit, develop and retain engineers through career conversations and feedback they can act on
  • Embed AI-assisted engineering into how your team works day to day, with a clear and honest view of where it helps and where it does not
  • Continuously improve how the team operates — planning, on-call, bug backlog, incident follow-up — so the team spends its energy on what moves the needle
