As Montu continues to grow, we are looking for a Clinic Learning & Development Lead to take ownership of how our clinicians are onboarded and trained.
You will build and deliver structured training for all our healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, pharmacists and physiotherapists, helping them become ready to work independently as efficiently and safely as possible.
This is a hands-on role covering everything from systems and formulary training to eligibility, prescribing processes and patient pathways.
You do not need to be a registered healthcare professional.
We are looking for an experienced trainer who can take complex information and turn it into clear, practical learning.
