The average day of a Senior IT Operations SpecialistThe role is divided into 3 key value areas: Tech Support on level 1, 2 and 3 tickets created by holding employees.
The goal here is to be familiar with stakeholders for faster, more efficient turnaround.
Tickets are not escalated, but are triaged and discussed to improve technical understanding and develop.
You will also monitor queues for the other markets for urgent out of hours requests, and action them when necessary.
Level 1 and 2 tickets may be delegated to working students in the team, with guidance and accountability.
