This role reports to the Group Head of Tax.
</p> <p><strong>Main Duties…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and lead our global transfer pricing strategy and operating model</li> <li>Build the intercompany pricing framework across all group transactions</li> <li>Ensure the group’s transfer pricing outcome is aligned with value creation</li> <li>Oversee TP calculations and policy compliance across jurisdictions</li> <li>Own TP risk management, audit defence, and tax authority engagement</li> <li>Review the Group’s intercompany financing and comment on thin capitalisation, interest rates, and potential deductibility issues</li> <li>Update the group’s master file and local files in accordance with OECD Guidelines and local tax legislation</li> <li>Review and refine the Group’s management service recharges, including calculation and billing processes</li> <li>Work with local and central teams to draft a “Master file” and, where necessary, jurisdiction specific “Local files” in accordance with OECD guidelines and local tax legislation</li> <li>Identify existing and future transfer pricing risks, escalating material risks to the Group Head of Tax.
Work with Group Head of Tax to remediate and/or disclose to external parties, including company auditors and tax authorities, as necessary</li> <li>Monitor and analyse changes to tax legislation that impact the Group and communicate best practices to address any such changes</li> <li>Effectively build relationships within the business.
