As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Webflow, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, creating a strong and lasting impression of our brand and product.

You’ll engage and qualify inbound leads, identify new opportunities, and partner closely with Account Executives to build and accelerate pipeline through thoughtful, personalized outreach.

In this role, you will be the first BDR in our London office and will play a key role in establishing our presence in the region.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams to improve lead quality and conversion, while contributing to scalable sales processes and best practices.

You’ll develop deep product expertise, clearly communicate Webflow’s value to potential customers, and maintain high-quality CRM data to support smarter decision-making across the team.
