This role is for someone who lives and breathes creative.
You'll lead the research, briefing, testing, and iteration that drives performance on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and you'll think.
You're a rare blend of creative and technical: you have genuine taste, and you can execute.
That means writing the hook, briefing the edit, or cutting the ad yourself when speed matters more than process.
You'll partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to scale paid social into a channel that's driven by creative insight rather than just campaign setup, and to help define Leapsome's creative voice as we continue scaling globally.
