We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to help us build and evolve this platform.
We’re looking for a T-shaped engineer: someone with deep backend expertise who is also comfortable following a feature across the entire stack.
You don’t need to be equally strong in Django and Vue, but you should be willing and able to understand, change and ship both.
Our core stack includes Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Elasticsearch, Vue 3, TypeScript and AWS.
We run our services on ECS Fargate, manage infrastructure with Terraform, and use Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry and CloudWatch to understand what’s happening in production.

We believe they make strong engineers significantly more effective, but they also make judgment, verification and ownership more important, not less.

Understand the problem, challenge.
Design and build backend services and APIs using Python, Django and Django REST Framework.
Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery and Elasticsearch to build reliable, scalable application and background-processing workflows.
Work across the stack when necessary, implementing and debugging functionality in our Vue 3 + TypeScriptfrontend.
Build and maintain integrations with external systems such as ERP/ac.
