As an Events Intern or Working Student, you will support the planning and execution of our events.
You will see what it takes to run professional events from the inside - from the first planning document to the last guest leaving the room.
This is a hands-on role with lots of ownership.
You will work closely with our marketing team, take responsibility for your own tasks, and learn quickly by doing.

What You Will DoSupport the execution of our conference, customer dinners, forums, team events, and other community activationsHelp with event planning, timelines, checklists, guest lists, invitations, and registrationsCoordinate with venues, caterers, speakers, suppliers, and other external partnersPrepare event materials, signage, name badges, welcome packages, and other on-site detailsSupport guest communication before, during, and after eventsHelp create smooth experiences for speakers, customers, prospects, and our teamBe on-site during events and help make sure everything runs as plannedTake ownership of specific work.
