Socure is looking for a Software Engineer II – Backend to join our global engineering team.
You’ll design, build, and operate scalable backend services that power our identity verification and fraud prevention products.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Data Science/ML teams and take ownership of software from design through production.
What You’ll DoDesign, build, test, and operate backend services, APIs, and microservices.
Work on distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
Contribute to technical design and make thoughtful engineering trade-offs.
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and observability.
Participate in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
