Nominee Director – Corporate Compliance

We are seeking a Nominee Director to assist with basic corporate compliance.

Requisitos

This is a part-time, non-operational appointment with very limited involvement.

The initial setup may take approximately 1–2 hours, followed by occasional tasks once or twice during the year.
