You'll be building and running processes designed to scale as we grow, not just maintaining what already exists, and you'll need to be comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and having your attention split across a lot of moving parts at once.
What you’ll build and ownCore operations: Own core people operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, probation management, background checks, right-to-work, and leave and absence management.
HRIS data: Own our HRIS data integrity, maintain accurate records, run audits, build out workflows and automations that reduce manual data entry and admin as we scale.
