Building trusted partnerships with senior commercial leaders who have high standards and even higher expectations - challenging briefs, holding stakeholders to account, and keeping processes moving even when the pressure is on.
Bringing structure and rigour to hiring across the commercial org - running tight kick-offs, setting clear expectations, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks however many searches you're juggling.
