Your missionAs JUNA's Working Student for People & Office Experience, you'll be the glue that keeps our Berlin office running smoothly and our team feeling supported — acting as the first point of contact for people experience topics while owning day-to-day office management.
People ExperienceReporting to our Head of Culture & Comms, you'll be the first line for people experience matters, such as:Answering everyday employee questions (office logistics, onboarding basics, general HR queries) and knowing when to escalateSupporting onboarding and offboarding logistics for new joiners and leaversHelping coordinate team events, celebrations, and culture initiativesActing as a friendly, approachable point of contact so people know where to turnMarketingYou'll also lend a hand in shaping how JUNA shows up, internally and externally:Supporting employer branding content — LinkedIn posts, career page updates, job ad draftsCapturing and sharing moments from team events and culture initiatives (photos, short recaps, social posts)Assisting with internal communications, such as newsletters and team updatesHelping put together simple marketing materials for events or campaignsOffice ManagementSupplies & FacilitiesConsumables ordering (REWE, kitchen, toilet paper) — incl.
automationPfand & waste management & other suppliersHandyman / maintenance coordination — must be on-site to superviseOffice cleanliness standardsRent & landlord relationshipSafety & ComplianceBG Verkehr and administrative.
