As a Field Marketing Manager at Siteimprove, you will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact field marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and brand growth across international markets, with a primary focus on our EU markets.
This role owns regional field marketing strategy and associated pipeline targets, translating global priorities into locally relevant, scalable programs that directly support revenue objectives.
You are an experienced strategic partner to regional sales leadership, responsible for shaping integrated inbound and outbound marketing programs, influencing go-to-market plans, and optimizing investment based on performance insights.
With a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and buyer behavior, you will proactively identify growth opportunities, guide program prioritization, and continuously refine field marketing approaches through data-driven analysis.
This role also serves as a key connector between global marketing, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable business impact.
